Working closely alongside Jose IT, every integration was thoroughly tested before launch to ensure clinicians could confidently access the tools they rely on every day. This included validating electronic prescriptions, pathology and radiology connections, secure messaging functionality, referral pathways, My Health Record connectivity and provider communications.

Our philosophy is simple: we don't just set systems up we test, verify and support practices until everything is working exactly as it should.
