BUSINESS CONSULTANT
Stephanie Portoglou is the Founder and Director of Private Practice Medical Consulting, bringing over 15 years of experience within the healthcare industry as a Practice Manager.
With qualifications in Business Management, Stephanie is passionate about helping healthcare businesses grow through strong operational support, leadership guidance and strategic consulting.
Beginning her career within allied health, Stephanie developed a strong understanding of patient care and the day-to-day operations of healthcare businesses. Today, she works closely with practice owners, directors and practice managers across Australia, supporting medical centres through growth, change and operational transformation.
Stephanie is known for her approachable nature, practical solutions and commitment to helping practices create efficient, sustainable and patient-focused environments. Her expertise spans medical centre start-ups, software transitions, virtual practice management, workflow optimisation, accreditation support, team leadership and healthcare business operations.

Lorenzo Nigli
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & FINANCE MANAGER
Lorenzo Nigli is an experienced business professional and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience spanning banking, finance, energy, utilities, corporate operations and business management, including more than 15 years of owning and operating multiple businesses.
Beginning his career in banking and financial services, Lorenzo subsequently transitioned into the oil and gas industry, where he progressed from credit management into business analysis, developing expertise in financial operations, business performance and corporate reporting.
He later spent approximately a decade with one of Victoria's major electricity transmission and distribution businesses, working within its Project Management Office and subsequently its Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). His responsibilities encompassed business case analysis, capital investment governance, compliance, program coordination and stakeholder management across major electricity infrastructure projects. He played an important role in facilitating collaboration between engineering, finance, project management and senior executive teams.
Alongside his corporate career, Lorenzo established and managed multiple businesses within the health, fitness and personal development sectors, developing extensive hands-on experience in commercial operations, financial management, strategic planning, business development and leadership.
In 2026, Lorenzo joined Private Practice Medical Consulting (PPMC) as Business Development and Finance Manager, bringing together his corporate expertise and entrepreneurial experience to support business growth, financial management, operational efficiency and strategic development within the healthcare consulting sector.
With a strong foundation in financial analysis, corporate governance and business ownership, Lorenzo brings a commercially focused, practical approach to identifying opportunities, improving business performance and building sustainable, successful organisations.
