On 19th February 2026, I had the incredible opportunity to present to practice leaders through North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWPHN) on one of the most pressing challenges in healthcare right now Culture & Retention.
The session, “Building Bulletproof Teams: Why Great People Leave and How to Make Them Stay”, brought together familiar and new faces who are navigating the real pressures of general practice workforce shortages, burnout, compliance demands and the constant juggle of leadership.
